Returns

Most unused items can be returned within 30 days. Special order items may have a 15% restocking fee.

Damage claims and shortages must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Contact customer service for a RMA#.

Any returns without an RMA# or return authorization may be refused and returned.

We accept no returns or exchanges after 60 days of receipt of your order, no exceptions.

*PPE items are not returnable. In certain cases we can make an exchange of unopened and unused items.
